DOVIA of Des Moines is an organization for volunteer managers from public and private entities throughout Iowa who are involved with recruiting, training, coordinating and/or supervising volunteers. Through DOVIA of Des Moines, members strive to improve skills, share information, meet with peers and support one another. We offer professional growth, networking and leadership opportunities to both the experienced and new members in the field of volunteer management.
